This deprives them of focusing on the problem at hand leading to incomplete tasks and weak memory. A crucial part of yoga is to concentrate on the present. It helps people who have trouble focusing on things at a time or have a short attention span. It requires you to focus on the things happening within you evaporating all the distractions around you. This way you focus on yourself, your thoughts, emotions, and most of all, the present.
